E-commerce terms and conditions for CamperBaset

We would like to point out that your booking of accommodation is not covered by the Consumer Agreement Act's rules on the right of withdrawal. Sale of accommodation (cabins, summer houses, camping, etc.) is covered by a special exemption provision in the Consumer Agreement Act's §18, subsection 2, no. 12.

Terms of sale and delivery

Below you will find useful information regarding using online booking.

Ordering and payment

If you book a stay with your own caravan/tent/motorhome, the full amount is due immediately after the booking has been made. Immediately after receiving the order, CamperBase will send a rental receipt/order confirmation by e-mail.

Checking rental receipt/order confirmation

It is the tenant/buyer's responsibility to ensure that the period and the selected unit are correct.

Cancellation

Cancellation can only be made in writing – by email to info@camperbase.dk The following rules apply:

• Up to 60 days before – 100% refund – minus administration fee of DKK 200.
• Between 60 and 30 days before – 50% refund – minus DKK 200.
• After 30 days before – 0% return

Right of withdrawal and refund

The booking is not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal, cf. §18, subsection 2, no. 12.

Dog

Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a short leash. Supplement for stays in cabins.

Arrival and departure

The site can be expected to be ready at 2:00 PM and must be vacated no later than 11:00 AM. CamperBase does not take responsibility for transportation problems.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in indoor common areas - this also applies to e-cigarettes.

Hygiene and COVID-19

Some facilities may be closed due to hygiene reasons – no refunds will be given.

Complaints

Contact reception immediately if there are any problems. Complaints after departure will only be processed in writing and no later than 7 days after.

Data protection

CamperBase is the data controller. Inquiries should be sent to info@camperbase.dk
Personal data is used to fulfill bookings and is only kept for as long as necessary.

Prices and discounts

Current prices can be found on the website. We reserve the right to make typos. Discounts cannot be combined.

Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (e.g. war, pandemic, strike, etc.), CamperBase may cancel the rental agreement. A credit note will be provided instead.
