E-commerce Terms and Conditions for CamperBase
Please note that your booking of accommodation is not covered by the right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
The sale of accommodation (cabins, holiday homes, camping, etc.) is subject to a special exemption provision in Section 18(2)(12) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
Sales and Delivery Terms
Below you will find useful information regarding the use of online booking.
Booking and Payment
When booking a stay for a motorhome or cabin, the full amount must be paid immediately after the booking has been completed.
CamperBase accepts payment with Dankort, VISA-Dankort, VISA, and Mastercard.
Immediately after receiving the booking, CamperBase will send a rental certificate/booking confirmation by e-mail.
Verification of Rental Certificate/Booking Confirmation
It is the responsibility of the renter/buyer to ensure that the booking period and the selected unit are correct.
Cancellation
Cancellation can only be made in writing by e-mail to info@camperbase.dk
The following rules apply:
- Up to 60 days before arrival – 100% refund – minus an administration fee of DKK 200
- Between 60 and 30 days before arrival – 50% refund – minus DKK 200
- Less than 30 days before arrival – 0% refund
Right of Withdrawal and Refund
The booking is not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 18(2)(12).
Dogs
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a short leash. Additional fee applies for stays in cabins.
Arrival and Departure
The pitch can be expected to be ready from 2:00 PM and must be vacated no later than 11:00 AM. CamperBase is not responsible for transport-related issues.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in indoor common areas – this also applies to e-cigarettes.
Hygiene and COVID-19
Some facilities may be closed due to hygiene considerations – no refunds will be provided.
Complaints
Please contact the reception immediately in case of any issues. Complaints after departure will only be handled in writing and no later than 7 days after departure.
Data Protection
CamperBase is the data controller. Inquiries should be sent to info@camperbase.dk
Personal data is used for fulfilling bookings and is stored only as long as necessary.
Prices and Discounts
Current prices can be found on the website. We reserve the right for typing errors. Discounts cannot be combined.
Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (e.g. war, pandemic, strike, etc.), CamperBase may cancel the rental agreement. A credit voucher will be issued instead.
